1. Delivery & Collection

Local Delivery & Fee 

  • Local delivery within Singapore (main island) is free with a minimum purchase of $100 per order.
  • For Order less than $100, a delivery fee of $3.50 will be chargeable.

Delivery Schedule & Terms

  • Upon order confirmation, delivery will be made within 2 – 3 working days. 
  • For Professional Orders, delivery will be made within 3 – 5 working days.
  • As we hire 3rd party logistic partners, the terms of delivery will be based on the respective logistic partners.

Self-Collection

  • We regret to inform that physical collection of your order is not available as we do not have a Brick & Mortar Store.

  • For Professional Order, we will send a delivery notification when the Order is picked up by our Logistic Partner.

3. Product Manufacturing & Shelf Life

Our products are genuinely sourced and 100% authentic. 

Product Information

  • All product information is provided as accurately as possible.
  • All products including samples and information provided are intended for personal use or informational purposes only.
  • As a reseller, please note that we are unable to guarantee product efficiency and results.

Manufacturing Date

  • The date indicated on our products refers to the manufacturing date.

Shelf Life

  • In the country of manufacturing, the products are good for use for a maximum of 5 years.
  • In Singapore, product shelf life is kept to a maximum of 3 years.

4. Order Cancellation or Modification

We are unable to accept any cancellation or modification once payment is made. Please be reminded to check your order details before making payment.

5. Exchange, Returns & Refund

Exchange & Returns

  • We do not accept any exchange or return; all sales are final. 
  • In the event if product is damaged in the course of delivery, please email to XXXXXXXXXXXX with your Order Number, Product Picture and we will reply within 2 working days.
  • In the event of our wrongful delivery, we will arrange a door to door product exchange at your local address. Please email to XXXXXXXXXXXX with your Order Number, Product Picture and we will reply within 2 working days.
Refund
  • All items available for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing. 
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund your full payment to your credit card.
  • In the event of partial fulfilment, delivery fee will not be refunded.
  • The refund process will take approximately 14 – 21 days.

6. Membership

  • To be a member, you will be required to register for an account, you must be 18 years old and above and shall provide us with accurate and complete information at the point of registration.
